Job summary

Millennium Services Group in Melbourne is seeking two enthusiastic and reliable part-time cleaners to join our team at a major warehouse site. The roles suit individuals who take pride in high cleaning standards and enjoy working in a supportive team environment.

Shifts are roaster-based: Monday–Friday 6:00–10:00 or 11:00–19:00 plus Tue/Wed 06:00–10:00. You must have valid work rights in Australia and be flexible to work public holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience in a warehouse or retail environment is valued.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Good understanding of Work Health and Safety standards.
• Able to work flexible hours including public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment for customers and staff.
• Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard
• Spot cleaning of furnishings
• Outdoor cleaning – keep docks and reserves spotless
• Sweeping and mopping
• Toilet cleaning
• Rubbish collection
• Cleaning of glass, internal and external
• Dusting of hard surfaces

The Role:

Millennium has an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable Two (2) Cleaners to join our team at one of our major warehouse sites!

This is a great opportunity for an experienced cleaner who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and is looking to be part of a supportive and professional team.

2 Part time positions available. Rosters as follows:

• Monday - Friday (6:00-10:00)
• Monday (11:00 - 19:00), Tuesday & Wednesday (6:00 -10:00)

Key Responsibilities:

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment for customers and staff.
• Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard
• Spot cleaning of furnishings
• Outdoor cleaning – help keep docks and reserves spotless
• Sweeping and mopping
• Toilet cleaning
• Rubbish collection
• Cleaning of glass, both internal and external
• Dusting of all hard surfaces

About You:

• Cleaning experience in a warehouse or retail environment will be highly regarded.
• Proven experience of working in a team successfully.
• The ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Can demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality while at work.
• Good understanding of Work Health and Safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays when required.
• Experience with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus.
