Tip Top Bakeries is seeking a Full Time FMCG Cleaner for our Springwood site in Brisbane, reporting to Hygiene Supervisor. You will clean bathrooms and facilities, manage waste and safe chemical handling, ensuring HACCP/GMP standards are met, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning in a food manufacturing site (FMCG) - required 1 year experience
• Chemical handling exposure/knowledge
• Physically fit, some heavy lifting at times
• Excellent time management
• Work cohesively in a team but also able to work alone
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and restocking bathrooms, toilets, and communal facilities
• Emptying bins and removing waste in a safe and hygienic manner
• Mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming floors in amenities areas
• Safely use cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness standards in alignment with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP)
• Complete routine inspections to ensure compliance with workplace cleanliness standards
• Support other departments in ensuring hygiene standards are upheld across the facility

Tip Top Bakeries is on the lookout for energetic and reliable Full Time FMCG Cleaner to join our fast-paced team in Springwood.

Reporting to the Hygiene Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our bathrooms, toilets, and communal facilities at our site. Your initiative to lead sanitation continuous improvement initiatives and dedication to food safety will be crucial for this role.

Roster:

Tuesday - Saturday (6:00am - 2:00pm)

What You'll Be Doing
