You will rotate across core functions and complete three eight-month rotations, shaping around your strengths and interests.

Upon completion, you will secure a permanent placement on the team with mentorship and direct exposure to senior leadership, while enjoying hybrid work, relocation support, and a clear pathway

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, economics, finance, or business.
• Demonstrated interest in clean energy and the transition to a decarbonised grid.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in data and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Join each team as a full contributor, with real deliverables and ownership from your first week.
• Support live projects through analysis, modelling, applications, technical reviews and site visits across Australia.
• Present your work to senior leadership at the end of each rotation.
• Learn directly from experienced developers, engineers and financiers, with a dedicated mentor throughout.
• Build the cross-functional fluency that accelerates careers in this industry.
