Salary Range:Graduate $86,600 to Lead Teacher $147,048 FTE Gross per annum

About the Role

The successful applicant will be required to plan and deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences aligned with the Australian Curriculum. They will create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that nurtures curiosity, confidence, and a sense of belonging while meeting the diverse learning needs of early years students.

The classroom teacher will work collaboratively with colleagues,parents, and the wider school community to enhance student learning and wellbeing, contribute to whole-school curriculum initiatives, and engage in ongoing professional learning and reflective practice. The successful applicant will use a variety of effective teaching, assessment, and data-informed practices to monitor student progress, differentiate learning experiences, and support each child’s growth. They will promote critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving while building essential digital literacy skills and early social understanding.
