Corpus Christi Catholic Primary School Werribee is seeking a passionate and committed Classroom Teacher to join our welcoming and collaborative learning community. The successful applicant will be committed to providing engaging, inclusive and high-quality learning experiences, fostering positive relationships and supporting the academic, social, emotional and spiritual growth of every student.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Classroom Teacher to join our staff in Term 1, 2027. This will be a middle years position.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a sound knowledge of contemporary teaching and learning practices and an ability to plan, implement and assess purposeful learning programs that respond to student needs. They will use assessment and evidence to inform their practice and support students to make meaningful progress in their learning.

The ability to differentiate learning and provide appropriate adjustments for students with diverse learning needs is essential. The successful applicant will establish clear expectations and routines and contribute to a positive classroom culture that supports student engagement, wellbeing and a strong sense of belonging.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to develop respectful and productive relationships with students, families and colleagues. The successful applicant will work collaboratively within teams, contribute to shared planning and decision-making, and actively participate in the life of the school.

A commitment to professional learning, reflection and continuous improvement is essential. The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to the ethos and values of Catholic Education and contribute positively to the Catholic identity and community of Corpus Christi.
