The Role

Are you passionate about all things Beauty and enthusiastic within the Beauty Retail space?

We are growing and are seeking a passionate Counter Manager to work with our Myer Pacific Fair Team!

This role is approximately 30 hours per week.

We want to hear from people who are passionate about makeup and beauty services and workingwithin a luxury environment. We are looking for people who know how to provide exceptional customer service, build a regular clientele whilst being a Clarin's brand ambassador.

You Have

Previous experience within a similar retail environment is highly desirable

Salon booking experience

Demonstrated ability to achieve sales results and provide excellent customer service

Ability to use technology for data entry, analysis, communication and training

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

Ability to work well within a team and towards KPIs

Qualification in Beauty Therapy or Makeup Artistry is highly regarded
