Suncorp is seeking a Claims Manager to oversee Commercial, Fleet and Leasing motor claims from lodgement to settlement in Brisbane. Responsibilities

• Negotiate claim outcomes and settlements with brokers and stakeholders
• Manage claim costs through reserving and supplier management

About the Role

You will manage a portfolio of commercial motor claims while delivering exceptional service to customers, brokers, leasing partners and other key stakeholders.

You'll take ownership of claims from lodgement through to settlement, ensuring customers are kept informed, costs are effectively managed, and claims outcomes align with client requirements and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing Commercial, Fleet and Leasing motor claims end-to-end
• Providing proactive communication and support to customers, brokers and claim stakeholders
• Building strong relationships with leasing clients and acting as a key liaison during the claims process
• Making sound claims decisions based on gathered information and policy coverage
• Negotiating claim outcomes and settlements with brokers and stakeholders
• Managing claim costs through accurate reserving and supplier management
• Identifying potential fraud, recovery and salvage opportunities
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and team success
