Design & Build Recruitment in Brisbane is seeking a proactive Claims Coordinator to manage a portfolio of insurance claims from start to finish. You will liaise with customers, trades, assessors and other stakeholders to ensure timely progress and KPI achievement.

No prior insurance experience is required as full training is provided. The role runs Monday to Friday with flexible shifts and offers a clear path within the insurance industry.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance or claims experience required; full training provided.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own portfolio of insurance claims from start to finish
• Coordinating with customers, trades, assessors and other stakeholders
• Following up outstanding information and progressing claims
• Managing a high volume of claims and meeting strict turnaround times
• Working towards and maintaining high KPIs
• Providing a high level of customer service throughout the claims process
• Updating systems and maintaining accurate claim records
