Job summary

Strata Community Insurance is seeking a proactive Claims Consultant to join our WA-SA-NT team based in Adelaide. You will own end-to-end claims management, coordinating with assessors, builders, brokers, and strata managers to reach fair outcomes.

The ideal candidate has experience in property claims or loss adjusting, strong communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience managing property claims or loss adjusting.
• Strata experience would be highly valued but not essential.
• Clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills.
