Job summary

Suncorp Group in Canberra is seeking a Personal Injury Claims Consultant to manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims with care and commercial acumen. You will support customers through challenging times, ensuring fair, timely and sustainable outcomes.

You will own a claims portfolio, work with customers, advisers, medical professionals and internal specialists to drive efficient, compliant outcomes, while delivering exceptional service and contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous insurance, claims or case management experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of workers' compensation insurance claims, supporting customers through what can often be a difficult period while delivering fair, timely and sustainable outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of claims, working closely with customers and key stakeholders to ensure claims are managed efficiently, compliantly and with genuine care.

• Managing workers' compensation insurance claims from assessment through to resolution
• Collaborating with customers, advisers, medical professionals and internal specialists to achieve positive outcomes
