Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking Civil Workers for an ongoing role at Tanami on a 2:1 roster. You will be part of the Maintenance crew, performing safe concrete repair tasks and related duties in a gold mining environment.

Applications are welcomed from Darwin, Alice Springs, Brisbane and Perth regions. Key requirements include a valid Police clearance, a current drivers licence, and relevant safety training (Working at Heights, Confined Space) within required timeframes, plus proof of work eligibility

Qualifications

• National Police Clearance valid/clear within 6 months.
• Valid Drivers Licence.
• Working at Heights training within 2 years.
• Enter and Work in Confined Space training within 2 years.
• Proof of right to work in Australia.
• White Card is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Breakout concrete pedestals, treat reinforcement, tie in new reinforcement, formwork, pour pedestal (Remedial Concrete Repairs).
• Grouting under columns and pump bases.
• Concrete bund repairs.
• Tank ring beam concrete repairs.
• Experience in formwork, steel tying and concrete finishing desirable.
• General concrete repairs in a gold mine.

The role of Civil Worker will see you working at Tanami in an ongoing position on a 2:1 roster. You will be playing an integral part of our Maintenance crew team whilst performing safe and quality work. We are seeking applications from Civil Workers based in Darwin, Alice Springs, Brisbane and Perth.
