Job summary

Kantershow Civil, a growing civil construction company delivering infrastructure and civil works across major projects in New South Wales, is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team.

You will lead site operations on Tier 1 projects, ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery, and coordinate subcontractors, plant and materials with a focus on productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in the civil construction industry.
• Demonstrated experience supervising large-scale civil construction projects.
• Proven experience managing works on Tier 1 construction sites.
• Extensive background in infrastructure, roads, earthworks, drainage, utilities, structures, or major civil projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, productivity management, and project delivery.

Experience

• Description of project scope, responsibilities, value, duration, and workforce managed.

• Evidence of meeting safety, quality, and production targets.

• Client references and referee contacts from Tier 1 projects.

• Examples of managing subcontractors, construction programs, and project delivery requirements on Tier 1 sites.
