Job summary

Ferrovial Construction at Heathrow Airport is seeking a Civils Sub Agent to oversee site activities, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery of complex civil and utility works within Heathrow's frameworks.

You will mentor site engineers, support cost management, coordinate with commercial teams, manage subcontractors and maintain daily site diaries while upholding Ferrovial values across stakeholders and environments.

Qualifications

• Develop commercial and contractual knowledge with practical application.
• Experience managing costs and budgets on site.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors.
• CSCS card held and valid.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies and health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Assist the Agent with cost management and programme preparation.
• Mentor site engineers and maintain project records.
• Coordinate measurement and payment records with commercial teams.
• Allocate labour, plant and materials with the Agent.
• Identify potential commercial or contractual risks.
• Manage material orders and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Uphold Ferrovial values in all interactions and maintain daily site diaries.
