Job summary

HARDLINE GROUP is seeking a Civil or Structural Site Supervisor/Foreman for projects on the Gold Coast. You will lead crews, manage subcontractors, and ensure delivery from mobilisation to completion, with a strong focus on safety, quality and timely execution.

You will be hands-on when required and prepared to travel to regional sites on a rotation. The role offers an hourly rate plus overtime, super, a company vehicle and phone, with FIFO/DIDO depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Civil or Structural Supervisor/Foreman on Australian infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects from mobilisation through to completion.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, communication and subcontractor management skills.
• Willing to travel and work away in regional and remote locations, in blocks of up to three weeks.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations, crews and subcontractors.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources and delivery milestones.
• Mentor Leading Hands and crews, and set the standard for safety, quality and productivity.
• Interpret construction drawings and coordinate works to specification.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting and compliance requirements.
• Back your crews’ stop work calls and resolve the issue before work resumes.
