Job summary

Tallai Project Group, an Australian infrastructure and engineering company, seeks a hands-on Supervisor in Gilgandra, NSW to lead civil construction crews and subcontractors while delivering safe, quality outcomes for regional communities.

You will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate resources, drive safety compliance and maintain records, reporting to project managers and stakeholders to ensure milestones are met on time.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand within civil construction.
• Proven ability to lead site crews and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site safety requirements.
• Ability to interpret drawings and project specifications.
• Sound organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Current White Card and Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site construction activities and work crews.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, plant and site resources.
• Drive safety, quality and environmental compliance across the project.
• Monitor progress against programme and project milestones.
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inspections.
• Resolve on-site construction issues and maintain site records.
• Liaise with project managers, clients and key stakeholders.
