Job summary

RGIT Australia is seeking a dedicated Civil Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects across multiple eastern states, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget control. You will supervise daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain records and reports, and liaise with clients, architects, and engineers.

A tertiary qualification in construction/engineering and at least 3 years in similar roles are required.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related building field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as Site Supervisor in renewable energy, BESS, and solar construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management planning and Excel.
• Valid construction site safety certification (White Card).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers for timely materials and services.
• Monitor project progress and report delays to the project manager.

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will manage site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain project schedules. This role is crucial for delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Working away from home as we are a National business . You will be looking after projects main along the eastern seaboard from SA ,VIC, NSW and QLD.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
