Job summary

A One Earthworks is seeking Site Engineers and Project Engineers to support civil construction delivery across regional NSW, SA and ACT. Roles involve site coordination, QA, planning, and client coordination on major projects.

These positions are FIFO/DIDO on a 10/4 roster, offering exposure to diverse civil works with a strong focus on safety and collaboration with Project Managers and on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in civil construction or heavy infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem solving skills.
• Construction Induction Card (White Card) and Australian working rights.
• Current Australian Drivers Licence.
• Silica and Asbestos awareness or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities with Supervisors and project teams.
• Manage QA documentation including ITPs, inspections, and testing records.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling and procurement activities.
• Monitor project progress, productivity and program delivery.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, reporting and registers.
• Support safety and environmental requirements on site.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Assist with non-conformances, RFIs and project closeout.
• Promote a positive, safety-focused culture on site.
