Job summary

Golding Urban is seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our onsite delivery team on commercial, industrial and residential development projects across Queensland. This permanent role offers long‑term stability, real growth opportunities and a culture that values your success.

You will support project schedules, track costs against budget, monitor quality to meet client and local authority standards, provide engineering support to site staff and promote the Golding brand with clients

Qualifications

Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Experience on Australian land development projects (subdivisions).
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Excellent planning and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Support implementation of company systems and policies.
Assist with development of work schedules and construction progress tracking.
Track daily costs against budget and work with site supervisors to improve efficiencies.
Monitor quality to meet client expectations and local authority standards.
Provide engineering support to on-site supervision staff.
Promote the Golding brand with external stakeholders including clients and consultants.
Maintain open communications and report issues to the Project Manager.
