Rowe Constructions in Melbourne is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to deliver civil projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with site supervisors, surveyors and clients to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor in Civil Engineering and 2+ years' experience in subdivisions, roads, drainage or infrastructure, plus strong ability to read drawings and manage QA processes. We offer a competitive salary, vehicle allowance and clear career progression.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience in civil construction projects.
• Experience in subdivisions, roads, drainage, utilities or infrastructure works.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with QA systems and project documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily site activities and subcontractors.
• Assist with project planning, programming and delivery.
• Manage quality assurance documentation and inspections.
• Monitor project costs, quantities and productivity.
• Prepare RFIs, variations and progress claims.
• Coordinate survey and set-out requirements.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and council requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor safety compliance.
