Job summary

BMD Group is seeking Site Engineers to join our project teams across Queensland and the Northern Territory. You will provide onsite engineering expertise, coordinate subcontractors, monitor quality and safety, and help deliver major civil infrastructure projects.

Role offers Brisbane-based 5/2 rosters with Saturday as required and FIFO 15/6 rosters across Queensland and the Northern Territory, providing flexible lifestyle options for engineers looking to advance their career in a supportive,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum two years on civil infrastructure projects onsite.
• Experience with earthworks, structures, roads preferred.
• Willingness to work FIFO or DIDO rosters across Queensland.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite engineering support to construction teams.
• Assist with day-to-day coordination of subcontractors and site activities.
• Set out works and verify construction against design and specifications.
• Support quality assurance, inspections and documentation processes.
• Assist with short-term planning, progress tracking and reporting.
• Promote strong safety, environmental and quality outcomes on site.
• Work closely with Project Engineers and Site Supervisors
