Job summary

We seek experienced Senior Project Engineers to join our growing teams and lead delivery of complex packages, coordinating engineering and construction work with strong safety and quality outcomes.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee planning, subcontractor coordination and stakeholder engagement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience delivering major civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience as Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer.
• Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors.
• Strong planning and programming capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to work a local 5/2 or FIFO 15/6 roster.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and construction activities across major civil packages.
• Plan, program and deliver construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Monitor costs, productivity and commercial performance.
• Ensure quality, safety, and technical compliance.
• Resolve technical and construction challenges.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Site Engineers.
• Drive safety, environmental and quality outcomes.
