Job summary

The Central Coast Council is seeking a hands-on Crew Member to safely operate trucks and plant, maintain roads and drainage, and deliver quality civic works. You will join a supportive team focused on safety and value for the community, with 38 hours per week and a 9 day fortnight.

This permanent full-time role at Erina Depot requires MR driving, traffic control certificates, and experience with civil works and maintenance systems.

Qualifications

• Current MR Driver's Licence is required.
• Blue Card Traffic Controller Certificate required.
• Yellow Card Traffic Control Certification required.
• Construction General Induction card (WorkSafe) required.
• Experience operating trucks and civil plant including road works and erosion controls.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks and plant for roads, drainage and assets.
• Perform general labouring, concreting, pipe laying and erosion control tasks.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of roads and related infrastructure.
• Implement erosion and sediment controls and use maintenance systems.
