Job summary

IEPro Recruitment is recruiting experienced Project Managers for civil construction projects across Brisbane and South East Queensland. You will oversee subdivision and civil works, coordinating engineers, subcontractors and crews to keep programs on track and within budget.

Strong leadership, hands-on delivery, and practical understanding of earthworks, drainage, roads and utilities are essential. Local Australian experience and working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering civil construction projects in Australia.
• Strong ability to manage project programmes, budgets and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of subdivision, urban development and general civil construction projects.
• Develop and manage project programmes, construction methodologies and resource plans.
• Coordinate Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, plant and suppliers.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost reporting and commercial performance.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor engagement and contract administration.
• Manage variations, progress claims and contractual obligations.
• Liaise with developers, clients, consultants, local authorities and other stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve delivery challenges.
• Ensure works comply with relevant drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Maintain strong safety and environmental standards across projects.
