Michael Page in Toowoomba is seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure projects from award through to successful completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. You will manage budgets, forecasts and programs across trunk water mains, sewer mains, pipelines and utilities, with a strong focus on WHS and quality.

This is a permanent, Toowoomba-based role offering career growth and a clear project pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of civil construction experience.
• End-to-end project management on civil infrastructure.
• Experience delivering trunk water mains, sewer mains and utilities.
• Strong contract administration, cost control and forecasting knowledge.
• WHS and civil construction compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Current Driver Licence and White Card.

Responsibilities

The Successful Applicant

About You

You will be a motivated and highly capable Project Manager with a strong background in civil infrastructure delivery. You will bring:

• Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or similar.
• 5 - 7+ years experience within civil construction.
• Proven end to end Project Management experience on civil infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience delivering trunk water mains, sewer mains, pipelines and utility works.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, cost control and forecasting.
• Sound knowledge of WHS and civil construction compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Current Driver Licence.
• White Card.
