Job summary

ABS Civil WA Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver civil construction projects from award through handover. You will oversee safety, schedule, budget and quality while maintaining client relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent, strong commercial and contractual knowledge, and leadership of engineers, supervisors and subcontractors on WA sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level civil engineering or construction management degree required.
• Strong knowledge of project cost control and scheduling.
• Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Solid understanding of WA WHS requirements.
• Contractual and commercial awareness essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver civil projects from mobilisation to handover.
• Develop and maintain project programs and budgets.
• Monitor costs, productivity and progress against plan.
• Lead project engineers, site staff and subcontractors.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractor packages and major orders.
• Prepare variations, claims and contractual correspondence.
• Report on financial performance and forecast cost-to-complete.
