Job summary

Georgiou is recruiting an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our established, high-performing team on a civils road widening project in Australia. You’ll work within STRABAG SE’s global network, leveraging local expertise and international standards to deliver safe, high-quality infrastructure.

You will lead field operations, coordinate sub-contractors and drive cost efficiency while upholding Georgiou’s values of Care, Integrity, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in road widening projects and civils works.
• Ability to manage project scope, schedule and budget.
• Strong leadership, safety, quality and environment focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project targets of time, cost and quality are met.
• Maintain contractual schedule and productivity metrics.
• Engage and manage subcontractors from tender to delivery.
• Monitor productivity, financial outcomes and cost control.
• Provide daily supervision and feedback to field operations.
• Maintain HSEQ objectives and a strong safety culture.
