Job summary

Civmec Construction & Engineering Pty Ltd seeks proactive Civil Project Engineers to support major infrastructure and construction projects across civil and structural scopes. You will oversee activities from piling to concreting, ensuring design requirements, quality benchmarks, and safety standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Working on a 2:1 FIFO or 5:2 DIDO roster, you’ll drive compliance and efficiency on site while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in structural, civil engineering or construction management.
• Experience on Civil projects is essential.
• Industry knowledge is required and MS Office & AutoCAD proficiency are needed.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client representatives and internal stakeholders regarding technical queries, inspections, project scheduling and coordinating deliveries.
• Attend operations meetings, prepare and issue weekly status reports including work schedules.
• Review and approve technical deviation requests and maintain the deviation/queries register.
• Take timely corrective action to address any non-conformances and maintain company standards.
• Understand and implement quality control techniques and QA procedures.
• Provide and develop daily, weekly and monthly reports as directed.
