Verra Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a Civil Project Engineer for a FIFO assignment from Melbourne on a major Defence infrastructure project. You will coordinate day-to-day civil delivery, liaise with the Senior Project Engineer and Project Manager, and manage planning, subcontractor coordination, and quality controls on a high-profile site.

Qualifikationen

• Civil construction experience as a Site or Project Engineer.
• Experience across general civil scope: earthworks, drainage, tank works or FRP (not all are essential).
• Strong communication and subcontractor coordination skills.
• Australian citizen or permanent resident
• Baseline security clearance eligibility requirement.

Our client is one of Australia's largest contractors with a focus a major Defence infrastructure projects.

They are looking for Project Engineers to join the team on a FIFO basis from Melbourne.

The project

The $250m package covers a broad civil scope, including pavements, tank works, FRP, earthworks and drainage. It’s a chance to build your civil experience across several disciplines on a high-profile Defence project.

The role

As a Project Engineer, you’ll coordinate the engineering and day-to-day delivery of these packages, working closely with the Senior Project Engineer, Project Manager and wider site team. You’ll be involved in:

• Planning and programme requirements
• Subcontractor coordination
• Quality management
• Technical queries and RFIs
