Zenviron are seeking a highly motivated Civils Project Engineer for large-scale Renewable Energy projects located in New South Wales.

If you are an experienced and driven Civils Project Engineer, who wants to be a part of key growth across the renewables sector, come and join the inclusive and high performing Zenviron team.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Work closely with the Project Manager and Engineering Team to ensure project objectives are met on time with respect to cost, safety, and quality.
* Lead the work pack development for the project.
* Review project documentation and raise technical queries related to the project.
* Provide engineering/technical support and advice to on-site Supervision and project staff involved in the execution of works.
* Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
* Work in accordance with quality assurance procedures, based on customer and ISO requirements.
* Assembling and maintaining project documentation and quality records for the project ensuring completeness and accuracy.

What you will bring:

* An Australian recognised, tertiary qualification in Civils Engineering.
* Ideally demonstrable experience in Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) or Wind Farm construction.
* Demonstratable experience in Substation construction, including installation, testing and commissioning of high voltage electrical work (highly regarded).
* Site based industry experience as a Project Engineer within the substation, renewable energy or construction industry.
* Excellent written and technical skills and a confident user of MS Office Suite.
* An innovative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
* Clear and engaging communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
* Driven commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
* Proof of right to work in Australia.

To be successful in this role you will require well-developed interpersonal skills to assist you in building effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, whilst you will demonstrate a team orientated approach to work and commitment to continuous improvement.
