Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking experienced civil construction workers, including Dump Truck Operators, Roller Operators and Skilled Labourers, to join our ongoing roles across Sydney regions. Starting at a minimum of $35 per hour, these positions offer Monday to Friday work and a supportive team environment.

Successful candidates will have 1–3 years in civil construction, be adept with rollers or heavy machinery up to 50 tonnes, and demonstrate strong WH&S knowledge and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in civil construction.
• Experience operating rollers and/or 5-50 tonne machinery.
• Proven experience with pipe work and trenching.
• Strong knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety.
• Good organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently and within a team.
• A strong work ethic, reliability and pride in your work.
