Job summary

GEBIE Civil and Construction Pty Ltd is seeking Civil Operators to join our team for FIFO work from Cairns or Darwin. The roles involve operating mobile plant on civil projects across our sites, with an 18 days on/10 days off roster.

To be successful you will have 5+ years of experience on excavators, dozers, loaders or skid steers, hold current RII tickets, and be able to pass a full pre-employment medical in Darwin or Cairns. Accommodation and meals are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience operating mobile plant on civil projects.
• Operator RII’s essential.
• Experience with Side Tipper, Tilt Tray and Float work desirable.
• GEMCO dams and quarries current – highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile plant on civil projects across worksites.
• Be flexible around roster and travel requirements and work unsupervised as part of a small team.
• Pass a full pre-employment medical in Darwin or Cairns.
• Maintain safety standards and communicate effectively with the team.
