Job summary

Solutions+ is seeking a Foreman to lead the delivery of major civil and landscape projects across the Sydney Greater Region to the Lower Central Coast. You will oversee crews, coordinate subcontractors and drive safe, high-quality project delivery from site to completion.

You will read plans and specifications, supervise site activities, and collaborate with Project Managers, clients and engineers to achieve on-time, within-scope outcomes.

Qualifications

• Civil or landscape construction experience.
• Foreman or Site Manager experience.
• Current driver’s licence (auto or manual).
• National Police Check (or willing to obtain).
• Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site delivery across major civil and landscape construction projects.
• Supervise crews, subcontractors and site activities to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant and equipment to meet project requirements.
• Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications to ensure works are delivered to scope.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality, productivity and timelines are maintained.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues early and implement practical solutions on site.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and environmental compliance across all works.
• Work closely with Project Managers, clients, engineers and other stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Lead projects through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

With civil construction at the core, you’ll oversee projects including intersections, roads, playgrounds, parks, lighting and more, working alongside Tier 1 clients and contractors.
