WorkPac invites applications for a local Mackay civil construction operator role. You will operate HR Water Truck and GPS-equipped excavators on civil projects such as earthworks, drainage and pavements, with a Monday–Friday roster and occasional Saturday work.

The ideal candidate holds valid RII for relevant machinery, a construction card, and a current MR/HR licence is highly regarded. You must have full work rights in Australia and pass drug and alcohol screening.

Qualifications

• Valid RII for Roller, Excavator, Water Cart.
• MR or HR licence highly regarded.
• White or Blue Card in Construction (essential).
• Ability to pass regular Drug & Alcohol screening.
• Full rights to work in Australia.
• Commitment to team objectives and high integrity.

Responsabilités

What You Will Be Doing:

In this Monday to Friday role, you will utilise your experience across civil construction projects, including earthworks, drainage, pavements or sports field construction. The role requires experience operating one or more of the following pieces of machinery:

• HR Water Truck Operator
• Excavator Operator GPS

What You Will Need:

As a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will bring:

• Valid RII for Roller, Excavator, Water Cart
• Valid Drivers Licence MR or HR highly regarded
• White Or Blue Card in Construction (essential)
• Ability to pass regular Drug & Alcohol screening
• Full Rights to Work in Australia
• Dedication to achieving shared goals and objectives
