Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Water Industry Operations or equivalent.
• Experience in operation and maintenance of water and sewerage systems.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external contractors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, resources and teams.
• Commitment to safety, accountability and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop maintenance employees to meet objectives.
• Provide supervision for civil and land maintenance works, including contracted activities.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, coordinating with planning to meet schedules.
• Manage sewage pump stations operations and asset lifecycle.
• Coordinate depot operations, facilities, vehicles and materials, ensuring compliance.
