Job summary

JV Recruitment in Sydney is seeking Labourers to join a range of civil construction projects across the Sydney metro area. Ongoing work with overtime and guaranteed shifts, with potential for progression into operating roles within weeks to months.

Roles include labouring to support machine operators, with some opportunities for machine operation as you gain experience. An immediate start is available for the right candidates with White Card and full Australian work rights.

JV Recruitment currently have a massive push on Civil Construction in 2026; we have multiple ongoing projects all over Sydney metro; Western, Northern and Eastern suburbs.

JV are seeking to fill a variety of civil based roles, from labourer to leading hand. If you are looking to kick start your career in civil these roles are perfect for getting your foot in the door with huge opportunities for progression as well as guaranteed overtime if you desire. If you have recently completed your machine tickets and looking to gain experience in this area then JV Recruitment has the opportunity to build into this roles; with most of our labouring positions growing into operating roles within the first 4 – 12 weeks.

For the right candidates work will be ongoing with extensive opportunities for overtime paid at overtime rates with the high majority of our candidates progressing into full time roles. These are immediate start positions.

ON OFFER:

• $37-45 per hour + super + travel + meal allowance
• Meal allowance included (over 9.5 hours on a shift)
• Additional Travel allowance ($22 per day)
• Time and a half and double-time rates paid for overtime
• On-going roles
