Job summary

JV Recruitment in Sydney is seeking Labourers to join a range of civil construction projects across the Sydney metro area. Ongoing work with overtime and guaranteed shifts, with potential for progression into operating roles within weeks to months.

Roles include labouring to support machine operators, with some opportunities for machine operation as you gain experience. An immediate start is available for the right candidates with White Card and full Australian work rights.

Qualifications

• White Card
• Full Australian work Rights
• Must be able to work well within a team environment
• 12 months construction experience
• Background in civil construction
• Full PPE
• Relevant machinery tickets desired but not essential
• Transport desired but not essential

Responsibilities

• Labouring Duties include working alongside Machine Operators, pipelayers & site management, using a variety of tools and equipment.
• Machine operating roles will require candidates to have previous experience on machinery. However, labouring roles lead to machine exposure and potential to work your way up from a roller to excavator operations over time.
