You will handle general labour, assist plant operators, and perform safety checks daily to keep sites running smoothly and safely. This role requires good physical fitness, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction is required.
• Punctual, reliable; able to work independently and in a team.
• Good physical fitness and ability to undertake manual labour.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Civil Labourer, you will be responsible for providing skills and support to our construction projects, utilising your experience and workmanship to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

Undertaking a variety of manual labour tasks on civil construction sites, including general labouring, site preparation, operating small equipment and assisting plant operators

Maintaining a safe and organised work environment by following all site safety procedures

Demonstrating excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

Working as part of a site crew to meet project deadlines

Daily pre-starts, safety checks and maintenance of machinery

Operate small plant as required

Demonstrated experience in civil construction
