Job summary

John Holland Pty Ltd in the Pilbara region is seeking a capable Machine Operator to support site operations on a 14 days on / 7 days off roster, with Perth as the hire point. The role involves general labour, operating mobile plant, and ensuring safety and efficiency on site.

The ideal candidate will have a valid C-class licence, a Construction White Card, prior machine operation experience, and the ability to pass a CAT 3 medical. A competitive salary and benefits package are offered.

This role is site-based in the Pilbara, working a 14 days on / 7 days R&R roster, with Perth as the point of hire. In this role you will support site operations bycarrying out a range of mostly general labouring and operating duties to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What you will do:

• Ability to assist in manual labouring and cable pulling
• Ability to operate mobile plant equipment.
• Ability to follow instruction and work effectively in a team
• Ability to perform basic manual tasks under supervision
• An ability to meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure
