Job summary

Precision Hydro Excavations in Airport West, Melbourne, is seeking a hands-on Civil Labourer / NDD Operator to join our growing team. This full-time role offers on-the-job training, competitive pay, and genuine opportunities for career growth.

You will operate NDD/vacuum trucks, perform manual labour outdoors, and follow strict safety procedures. Essential requirements include a current HR/HC licence or willingness to obtain, Construction White Card, ability to pass medical tests, and fitness

Qualifications

• Pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
• Current HR or HC Drivers Licence or willing to obtain prior to employment commencement
• Construction White Card
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Ability to drive manual vehicles
• Confined Space & Working at Heights tickets

Responsibilities

• Operating NDD / Vacuum Excavation Trucks to safely expose underground assets
• Following strict WHS and safety procedures
• Manual labor and physical tasks
• Performing vacuum excavation around water, sewer, gas, electrical and telecommunications infrastructure
• Connect water and vacuum hoses for excavation activities
• Assist with digging, cleaning pits, drains and excavation sites
• Maintain vehicles, equipment and work areas to a high standard
• Identify and report workplace hazards while promoting a safe working environment
