Job summary

TDG Environmental in Dandenong, Victoria, is recruiting multiple NDD / Hydro Excavation & Combo Truck Operators to join our growing team. You will operate specialised vacuum/Combo trucks on civil sites, perform pre-start checks, and deliver high-quality stormwater and infrastructure services.

Essential hands-on experience with high-pressure water systems and vacuum loading, along with HR Licence and White Card, will help you thrive in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• HR Licence and White Card are essential/s required.
• High-pressure water experience preferred.
• Experience with vacuum loading, hydro excavation or sewer/water networks preferred.
• Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; pass pre-employment medical and police check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily pre-start checks and equipment maintenance.
• Operate safely and efficiently on civil/construction sites.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively.
• Maintain high standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for multiple skilled Combo and NDD truck operators to join our growing team in Dandenong. You’ll be operating specialised equipment to perform essential services such as:

• Drain cleaning
• Non-destructive digging
• Stormwater asset maintenance

You’ll work closely with clients and site representatives, ensuring high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
