Job summary

Fetch Recruitment Pty is seeking experienced Civil Labourers for a subdivision project in Lennox Heads, QLD. The role offers ongoing, long-term work with opportunities for upskilling and career progression within a well-established civil contractor.

Typical hours are early start, 6.30am to 5pm, 5-6 days per week, with temp-to-perm potential and performance reviews at 3 and 6 months. Safe work practices and a White Card are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Civil Labourer.
• Subdivision and/or road construction experience preferred.
• Experience with drainage, pit and pipe or general civil works advantageous.

Responsibilities

• General civil labouring duties across a subdivision project.
• Assist with road construction, drainage, pit and pipe, trenching and earthworks.
• Work alongside plant operators and other civil trades.
• Site preparation, clean-up and manual handling.
• Follow site safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

We’re looking for experienced Civil Labourers to join a leading Queensland civil contractor working on an ongoing subdivision project in Lennox Heads.

Your Day-to-Day Duties:

• General civil labouring duties across a subdivision project
• Assisting with road construction, drainage, pit and pipe, trenching and earthworks
• Working alongside plant operators and other civil trades
• Site preparation, clean-up and manual handling
• Following site safety procedures and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
• Typical hours: 6.30am-5pm, 5-6 days per week

What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience working as a Civil Labourer
• Subdivision and/or road construction experience highly regarded
• Experience with drainage, pit and pipe or general civil works advantageous
• Current White Card
• Reliable transport and a current driver's licence
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
