Shadforth is seeking a Foreman to drive delivery of over $115m in secured civil infrastructure work across southeast Queensland and regional areas. You will lead crews and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery of projects, including a $12m TMR package.

You will monitor daily site operations, coordinate teams, and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while fostering a proactive, team-focused worksite culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman on civil construction projects.
• Strong understanding of TMR quality, safety, environmental, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects to program and budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Construction Industry Card (White/Blue).
• Current Driver Licence.
• Plant tickets and machinery experience highly regarded.

• Overseeing daily site operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
• Managing site teams and subcontractors to meet program milestones and staging requirements
• Maintain compliance with TMR standards, quality requirements, and environmental obligations where applicable

• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
