Job summary

Lynk Global Pty Ltd is seeking Excavator Operators for civil construction projects in Toowoomba and Brisbane. The role involves operating excavators safely across residential subdivision sites, with a focus on trenching, bulk and detailed excavation, loading trucks, and site preparation as part of an experienced team.

We require proven experience on civil infrastructure projects, valid plant tickets and a Construction White Card, plus a current driver's license and strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating excavators in civil construction.
• Confident completing bulk and detailed excavation.
• Construction White Card and valid driver’s license.
• Strong focus on safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators across civil construction works.
• Perform trenching, bulk and detailed excavation, and site prep.
• Work around underground services and existing infrastructure.
• Load trucks and move materials on site.
• Conduct daily pre-starts and basic machine checks.
• Collaborate with supervisors, labourers and other plant operators.
