Job summary

Dowsing Group is recruiting an Excavator Operator for Perth metro civils and road projects, based out of the Maddington depot with site work extending to Landsdale from early 2026. You’ll work under the Civils Project Management team, supported by site crews to complete civils, drainage and earthworks.

Qualifications

• Excavator ticket required.
• Experience operating mini to 15t excavators.
• White Card required.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Good work ethic and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Start each day at the Maddington depot.
• Complete required vehicle inspections.
• Carry out tasks as directed by Project Manager and Supervisor.
• Attend daily site prestart meetings with site crew.
• Operate machinery to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard.
• On-the-job training and growth within the company.
