Alder Construction is seeking an Estimator for its Civil division. You will undertake detailed resource estimates, coordinate with the Civil Business Development Manager, Civil Estimator and Estimating Cadet, and support the growth of tendered projects.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to maintain quality relationships and a strong supply chain, contributing to successful outcomes on diverse civil projects in health, infrastructure, education and more.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with credibility in civil contracting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Undertake detailed resource estimates for civil projects
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to align on tender needs
• Assist with development and streamlining of the estimating system
• Work closely with the Civil Business Development Team to support growth
