Job summary

Alder Construction is seeking a Civil Estimator with on-site experience to join our estimating team in Canberra. You will work with our Civil Business Development Manager, Civil Estimator and Estimating Cadet to deliver detailed resource estimates and maintain strong supplier relationships.

We seek a degree-qualified civil engineer who can communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and help streamline estimating processes to support growth.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High level attention to detail.

Job Description

You will be working closely with our established team in particular with our Civil Business Development Manager, Civil Estimator and Estimating Cadet. The team are a group of hardworking motivated individuals who pride themselves on their successful track record of tendering with a engineering and solutions-based approach. Ideally you will be a degree qualified Civil Engineer and have on-site experience/ exposure and credibility gained from working with success for well-regarded local Civil Contractors.

Responsibilities of this role will include:
