Job summary

ABI Civil Contracting NSW is seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join our estimating team in NSW. You will prepare quantity take-offs, price build-ups and contribute to competitive tenders for diverse civil infrastructure projects across NSW and ACT.

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will review drawings, specifications and contract docs, obtain subcontractor pricing, and support tender submissions and procurement strategies. A NSW driver licence is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years estimating experience in Australian civil construction.
• Experience preparing civil infrastructure tenders.
• Strong quantity take-off and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented approach.
• NSW Driver Licence required.

ABI Civil Contracting NSW is a progressive Australian civil contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across NSW and ACT.

Our projects span transport infrastructure, bridges, utilities, renewable energy, high voltage substations, data centres, defence and major commercial developments.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join our Estimating team.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive tenders for a diverse range of civil infrastructure projects.

Working closely with our estimating and operations teams, you will be responsible for reviewing project documentation, completing quantity take-offs, obtaining subcontractor and supplier pricing, and assisting in the development of comprehensive tender submissions.
