Job summary

Winslow Infrastructure in Melbourne is seeking a Site Engineer to manage the full lifecycle of civil infrastructure projects. You’ll work across civil, structures and utilities scopes, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

You will mentor junior engineers, monitor safety, cost and quality, and report progress to clients and leadership daily. The role offers a path to leadership on a pipeline of major projects in Victoria.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering and/or Project Management.
• 3–4 years of experience delivering civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Involved in all stages of project delivery including tender handovers and site establishment.
• Manage safety, time, cost and quality across projects.
• Plan, program and coordinate construction activities.
• Liaise with clients and supervise subcontractors.
