Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. in Darwin is seeking a Civil Engineer to join the Community Development team. The role covers design and delivery across roads, subdivisions and remote facilities with opportunities to lead and grow technical and leadership capabilities.

You’ll deliver concept to construction documentation, manage stakeholders, and support business development while meeting professional standards and regulatory requirements in Australia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by Engineers Australia.
• Demonstrated experience in civil engineering design and documentation.
• Knowledge of applicable Australian standards, codes and Territory requirements.
• Obtain CP Eng and NT Registration as soon as eligible.
• Eligible to obtain Defence baseline security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Civil design and project management across a wide range of projects.
• Construction phase support, design review, stakeholder management, and reporting.
• Liaising with engineers, designers, and drafters.
• Adhering to professional standards and Stantec quality procedures.
• Managing clients and other consultants; assist with project management and business development.
