You will perform civil design for building projects, prepare drawings and calculations, and collaborate with architects and other engineers to deliver integrated solutions. The role emphasizes strong CAD skills, site development knowledge, and effective communication within a multidisciplinary environment, with flexible work arrangements and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience in civil design for building projects.
• Strong knowledge of site development, stormwater management, and civil systems integration for buildings.
• Proficiency in civil design software and CAD tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil engineering design for building projects, including drawings, calculations, reports, and design criteria using CAD and civil design software.
• Prepare and review engineering documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines; attend coordination meetings.
• Assist with proposals, cost estimates, and project documentation; support scope, budget, and scheduling discussions.
• Support construction phase activities, including reviewing shop drawings, RFIs, and site observation reports.
